Managing Director and portfolio manager, is a member of the Natural Resources Equity team within BlackRock's EMEA Fundamental Equity Portfolio Management Group. He is co-manager of the BGF World Agriculture Fund and the BlackRock Agriculture Fund. He is also responsible for managing the team's gold funds, including the BlackRock Gold Metal Open Fund, co-manager on the BlackRock Natural Resources Hedge Fund and is responsible for the team's income products.
Mr. Davis' service with the firm dates back to 1994, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. At MLIM, he was a member of the Natural Resources team. Prior to joining MLIM, he worked as a geologist for three years in Ireland and worked on mineral exploration and resource evaluation projects in base metals, gold and diamonds.

Prof. Rodrigo started his professional career in 1994 as a bank manager at Banco de Crédito Nacional - BCN, being responsible for the development of heavy vehicles leasing operations (airplanes, truck and bus fleets and construction machinery). After this experience in the Brazilian financial market, Rodrigo joined Monsanto's commercial team in Brazil acting as Key Account Manager. In 2002 he accepted the opportunity to become Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Nortox S/A. First being responsible for managing the operations in the south of the country, than accepting the challenge to run Nortox's operations in the Brazilian new agriculture frontier, best known as MATOPIBA. It gave Rodrigo a full vision of Brazil's agribusiness peculiarities. By now, their business owns 4,000 Ha in USA.
Mr San Miguel has been doing also other Real Estate businesses in United States. During the last 20 years they have walked from Commercial Properties to Residential Real Estate businesses. Geographically they have focused their business on Orlando, Miami and Houston.
Some years ago he decided to create Optimum Advisors Fund exploiting his background knowledge in agribusiness. Since then, they have decided to start acquiring farms in United States, mainly in the Delta States Area (Arkansas, Mississippi & Louisiana). The medium term objectives are to keep expanding the business in United States and later on to start buying lands in South America, always pursuing the objective of becoming a global leader in the agricultural business.

Born in Ivory Coast and raised in Switzerland, Nabil started his career trading soft commodities for Namaco which he co-founded in 1996 and which rapidly became one of the biggest independent participants in the West African Coffee and Cocoa origination markets. At Namaco he traded with the world's largest market participants namely Andre Lausanne, Walter Matter, Nestle and Kraft. In 2000 Nabil moved to Lewton Associates where he focused on the brokerage business in soft commodities with a yearly turnover of about US$50m. At Lewton he interacted with other well known participants in the industry including Cargill, ADM and Mitsubishi. In 2003 Nabil moved to Audit Control & Expertise (ACE) in Geneva where he focused in originating and structuring trades as well as advising international banks like Barclays, Standard Chartered and IDB on their risk management processes. At ACE, Nabil was supervising credit facilities for a total of US$800m across 50 credit lines covering 5 geographies and more than 10 commodities. Nabil has spoken at numerous international conferences covering issues on structured trade finance and risk management and chaired workshops focusing on the latest technical developments in the industry. Nabil has a BA in economics and in Business Administration. Since December 2005, Nabil has been in charge of putting together and heading the Advising Team dedicated to Commodities and Activist Funding at INOKS Capital. He is the ancile Fund's Portfolio Manager.

In April 2009 he launched the Credit Suisse Emerging Markets Relationship Investment Fund, seeded by a North American institutional investor, co-investing alongside selected local financial investors into public listed companies pursuing an active engagement with key stakeholders. This investment approach combines attractive features of both public and private equity investments.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2003, Christoph was Head of Emerging Markets Trading and Global Credit Markets at ABB Capital, where he co-headed the firm's internal proprietary trading operation. Previously, he was Head of Emerging Market Trading and Development at HVB International Markets Division overseeing EM currency and fixed income trading. He started his professional career at the Financial Services and Treasury divisions of BMW.
Christoph holds a B.A. in Economics from University Hagen and an M.Sc. in Physics from Munich University. Supported by the German National Merit Foundation, he became a Visiting Scholar at the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore from 1985 to 1986. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar in 1992. |

Mr Karim Sehnaoui joined Abu Dhabi Investment House as Acting Chief Investment Officer and General Manager of the Geneva Office. Prior to his joining ADIH, Karim Sehnaoui was Director, Business Development, in the office of the Chairman and the CEO at Ithmaar Bank, where he helped lead the group's efforts in new sectors such agribusiness, healthcare, renewable energy and infrastructure. Mr. Sehnaoui spent several years with the World Bank Group, including the International Finance Corporation, focusing the MENA region. Mr. Sehnaoui also held the role of Executive Director of the Arab Business Council of the World Economic Forum, managing various multi-stakeholder initiatives in health, education, infrastructure and finance. Mr. Sehnaoui holds a Bachelor and a Masters of Engineering, from McGill University. Mr. Sehnaoui was also a Global Leadership Fellow of the World Economic Forum. |

From 1992 to 1996, he worked as Sales Engineer in the Industrial Automation department of BOSCH, one of the 10 largest German industrial conglomerates, in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom.
