Mr Alberto San Miguel studied Business Administration at the Universidad Católica Argentina in Buenos Aires. After that, he started working at Agrar Agricola Argentina S.A., a family business that owns and operates 15,000 ha in Buenos Aires province, Argentina since 1990. After that time Alberto moved to United States to expand his family agribusiness. They created a company named Agrar Agriculture USA LLC. and started to buy farmland in USA. By now, their business owns 4,000 Ha in USA. Mr San Miguel has been doing also other Real Estate businesses in United States. During the last 20 years they have walked from Commercial Properties to Residential Real Estate businesses. Geographically they have focused their business on Orlando, Miami and Houston. Some years ago he decided to create Optimum Advisors Fund exploiting his background knowledge in agribusiness. Since then, they have decided to start acquiring farms in United States, mainly in the Delta States Area (Arkansas, Mississippi & Louisiana). The medium term objectives are to keep expanding the business in United States and later on to start buying lands in South America, always pursuing the objective of becoming a global leader in the agricultural business.
