Didier Tosi, Partner CIO, Siglo Capital Advisors AG

Didier Tosi, CFA, started his career as a founding partner of bmd Consulting in 1996. In 2000 Didier worked as a relationship manager in the private banking division of Banque Cantonale du Valais. In 2001 he joined Banque Piguet & Cie S.A in Geneva as an equity analyst covering Asia ex Japan and UK. From 2002 to 2008 he was Head of Fund Selection at Piguet and responsible for the bank's alternative investments including all hedge funds while he had earned the title of Vice President. In parallel, Didier was sitting on the investment committee of the AMC Alternative Funds of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in 2006 to 2007. In 2008 he founded SIGLO AG specialising on hedge fund advisory. Didier holds a degree in economics from the University of Neuchatel and is a CFA Charterholder since 2002. He speaks German, French, English and Italian and was a professional ice hockey player in the Swiss National League for a decade.
