From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Lavaud was head of sales and marketing for Capital Fund Management (CFM) a fund manager with close to $4 Billion under management in Long/Short arbitrage, CTA and volatility arbitrage funds.
From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Lavaud worked as European Sales Manager for UBITRADE. A leader in derivative capital markets (futures and options), UBITRADE provides cutting-edge software for the capital market industry.
From 1992 to 1996, he worked as Sales Engineer in the Industrial Automation department of BOSCH, one of the 10 largest German industrial conglomerates, in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. Mr. Lavaud is fluent in French, English, Italian and German. He graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management. |

Sophie Lavaud is Pierre's sister, Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations at JetFin.
Sophie Lavaud is a Member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds Association, a global association of more than 10,000 professional women. 100WHF offers unique educational programming, professional development initiatives and philanthropy.
Prior to joining JetFin, Ms Lavaud worked 12 years in the Deluxe hotel industry as sales & marketing and public relations including 3 years as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel "Le Richemond" in Geneva.
Ms Lavaud has also worked several years in sales and distribution of Luxury goods with brands like L'Occitane, Hermès and Clarins. Sophie Lavaud is past-Chair of the "Advertising and Communication Club of Geneva" (CPG) since 2008 and organization Board member since 1997. |

Peter Douglas is principal of GFIA pte ltd, a Singapore-based wealth management and consulting firm. Established in 1998 as the first hedge fund consulting firm in Asia, the firm now manages pools of private wealth across a variety of asset classes, and consults to professional investors on Asian hedge funds.
Peter is the Asia-based director of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA), and was the first CAIA charterholder in Asia. He established the Singapore chapter of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA), and is currently the Asia-Pacific representative on the AIMA council.
He holds a number of non-executive positions in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations. Previously, Peter worked for the Foreign & Colonial group of asset management companies both in the UK and Japan, and for Aberdeen Asset Management in Singapore. Peter holds an honours degree from the University of Exeter, UK, and an MBA from INSEAD, France. He is a Singapore Financial Industry Certified Professional. |

Olivier Neau is external advisor to JetFin. Mr. Neau is currently Managing Director of Lcf Edmond de Rothschild in Paris. Until October 2005, he was Chairman of the Executive Board of Equalt, the hedge fund management division of Calyon.
He was a managing director of Banque CPR between 1998 and 2000. He joined Banque CPR in 1989 and since has served in a number of capacities. He worked in the quantitative research department between 1989 and 1991, in the fixed income trading and arbitrage department as senior trader in Italian fixed income securities until 1995 and as head of emerging markets until September 1999.
Between September 1999 and March 2000 he worked in the alternative asset management department of Banque CPR. He received a diploma from Ecole Polytechnique in 1987 and from ENSAE in 1989. |

Jan E. Frogg is President of the Executive Committee, EIM, Switzerland. From April 2004 to June 2010, Mr. Frogg was Member of Executive Management of UBP, heading UBP Alternative Investments. Mr. Frogg was responsible for the overall coordination and development of hedge fund research, due diligence, selection and monitoring, as well as portfolio management and marketing activities. He supervised a team of over 170 people.
Prior to joining UBP, Mr. Frogg was five years with Agora Capital Management Ltd. in Geneva as co-founding Principal and General Manager, where he organised a presence in Geneva, London and Bermuda, managed the company, including its finances and operations, conducted business development, and took part in investment and strategic decisions. In 1998, Mr. Frogg worked for Goldman Sachs Asset Management International in London where he implemented marketing strategies for products to its Private Client Services Group. From 1993 to 1997, he was in charge of client services, business development and was involved in trader recruiting and manager due diligence for Commodities Corporation in Geneva and Paris. Prior thereto, he was active in the marketing of hedge funds for Bearbull Investment Products in Geneva and conducted audit projects at Coopers & Lybrand in Geneva. Mr. Frogg holds a B.A. in Business Management with an emphasis on Marketing and Economics from the University of Geneva. He graduated with a High School Diploma from the International School of Geneva. He is fluent in English, French, Dutch and Norwegian and has lived in various European countries. |

| Vincent Kuhn is CEO of Eurofin Capital S.A. in Geneva which specializes in alternative asset management and wealth management. Mr. Kuhn was before a partner with Brian Barnier Asset Management in Paris. Until October 2005, Mr. Kuhn was International Director of Equalt Alternative Asset Management, the alternative specialist of Calyon, Crédit Agricole's corporate & investment bank. Mr. Kuhn joined Equalt in early 2002 to lead the firm's global marketing efforts and international business sales. He had held similar responsibilities, with a particular focus on North America and the Middle East, since 1998 at BAREP Asset Management, Société Générale's alternative asset management unit. He is a member of the Marketing Committee of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA), the industry's leading association. Mr. Kuhn holds a Master's Degree in Law from the Sorbonne University in Paris and is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Science. |
